A red wine ruby red in color. An aroma of fresh fruit with a hint of vanilla.
Full, smooth sweet tannins with a very nice and long aftertaste.
Food-Pairing
Perfect with grilled dishes, red and white meat, stews, pizzas and light cheeses.
Also suitable for the oriental kitchen.
Grapes: Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz & Tinta Barroca
Total destemming. Pre-fermentation cold maceration. Alcoholic fermentation with moderate temperature control in stainless steel tanks and daily manual pumping over. At the end of alcoholic fermentation the wine aged for a period of 9 months
