Cherry red wine with a very good intensity, aromas of red fruits, woody, vanilla and chocolate. The aftertaste is long and balanced

Delicious with stews, game, red meat and well-seasoned dishes

Grapes: Touriga Franca, Sousão, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional

Hand picked and transported in small boxes with careful selection of grapes. Total destemming, fermentation with moderate temperature control in stainless steel tank with daily pumping over (remontage) and long post-fermentation maceration. Aged in new French oak barrels for 18 months. Wine not filtered or cold-stabilised so that all its components are respected.

Serve at 13 - 15 ºC

Can be drunk up to 8 years after the harvest year.

The wine should be stored in a cool, dry place, protected from light and temperature fluctuations, and the bottle should remain horizontal. Since wine is a natural product it will create a deposit with age
