A dry rosé with aromas of first strawberries, then cherries, and at the end a wild blackberry jam and some very fresh floral notes. It was made to be different, to be loved by the rosé lovers, and appreciated by traditional red and white wine consumers.

Ideal as an aperitif with fish, light dishes and salads, sushi and sashimi, Thai dishes and paella with meat and seafood
Grapes: Touriga Nacional & Syrah
Rosé de saignée with controlled temperature fermentation followed by cold stabilization and filtration. Matures in stainless steel barrels for 4 months
