Grapes : Tinta Roriz, Syrah
The destemmed grapes were kept in contact with the skins for 6 to 8 hours, after which the fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16ºC followed.
This wine gets its name from a vineyard that once grew on a plot of land called Cadral, part of the 2.600 ha vineyard of Quinta da Alorna. Today this plot is home to other crops, boosting ecosystem synergies
