Clear light pink colour. Aromas of red fruit, with a predominance of cherries. Intense and fresh in the mouth, complemented by aromas of red fruit. Fresh and delicate aftertaste.

The wine is suitable as an aperitif, or with sushi, salads and Mediterranean food

Grapes : Tinta Roriz, Syrah

The destemmed grapes were kept in contact with the skins for 6 to 8 hours, after which the fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16ºC followed.

This wine gets its name from a vineyard that once grew on a plot of land called Cadral, part of the 2.600 ha vineyard of Quinta da Alorna. Today this plot is home to other crops, boosting ecosystem synergies
