Food-Pairing

Ideal as an aperitif, tasty with grilled fish and seafood, with salads from quiches and with Asian dishes including sushi and sashimi

Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Alfrocheiro, Touriga Nacional

This wine comes from vines between 5 and 20 years old, located at an altitude of 500 m and planted in granitic soils with sandy lines. This wine is obtained after manually harvesting the grapes in boxes. This is followed by a short maceration and slow fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 14 to 17ºC to preserve all the elegance and aromatic characteristics.

Serve at 9 à 10 ºC. Can be drunk upo to 4 years after harvest.
