In the nose notes of black and red fruit, with a hint of truffle, some spices and chocolate.
The taste characterizes an excellent freshness of the fruit with a fine balance between acidity and sweetness, together with the long finish makes this LBV a sublime wine.

Delicious with meat dishes such as filet mignon with peppers, veal with Béarnaise sauce or cheesecake with chocolate / mint, pear and chocolate tompus, chocolate cake, dark chocolate and soft or hard white cheeses, tapas, pate & charcuterie

After 3 years of aging in casks, the port house chooses to bottle the Vintage Ports and have them mature further in the bottle. LBV is therefore slightly more oxidative than the Ruby, but for many the best of both worlds

Serve at 17 to 18 ° C . Can be drunk immediately and should not be decanted.
Keep the bottle upright at a constant temperature and away from intense direct light.
