Grapes: 40% Antão Vaz, 30% Arinto, 20% Roupeiro

manual harvest in 20 kg boxes, followed by a manual selection of the grapes in the wine cellar. The grapes were gently pressed, the must was cleared, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 15 °C
