The Viosinho and Chardonnay grapes fermented for 25 days in new French oak barrels. This wine remained in contact with the lees for eight months, going through the battonage process. The Encruzado grapes fermented in stainless steel vats for 20 days and remained in contact with the fine lees for eight months.
