Greenish yellow color. The aroma highlights the notes of tropical and citrus fruits involved in a beautiful volcanic complex. In the mouth it has volume, a lot of freshness and minerality. It has an engaging, salty and persistent finish.
Food-Pairing
Young and delicate, it should be served chilled with fish, seafood, poultry and young meat dishes.
Grapes: 70% native white varieties of the Azores (Arinto, Fernão Pires, Verdelho) and 30% European varieties
After careful selection of the grapes, fermentation took place in a stainless steel vat at a controlled temperature of 15ºc. Stage on fine lees for 4 months after which the wine was bottled.
