Grapes : 40% Fernão Pires, 40% Arinto, 20% Sauvignon Blanc
Immediately aer the separate harvest of each grape variety, destemming and so pressing occures followed by the clarification of the must. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature, taking in consideration the aromatic origin of each grape variety. Aer fermentation the final batch is assembled followed by stabilization and filtration before bottling

Serve at 8-10°C. Drink up to 5 years after harvest year
