This rosé is light, fresh, supple and easy to drink, it shows strawberries in abundance, floral (white flowers) and some spicy notes. It has a great acidity, a wonderful texture and a nice aftertaste
Ciconia is the Latin name for white stork that likes to breed in the region and in this estate. The white stork is considered a symbol of good luck in Portugal

Was mechanically harvested at night. Maceration for about 8 hours. Fermentation with controlled temperatures (15 to 18ºC) in stainless steel vats for 10 to 15 days.
