Grapes: 80% Touriga Nacional, 20% Alfrocheiro Preto

The harvest took place in the third week of September. The grapes were harvested by hand in small boxes of 25 kg, according to a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The grapes were completely destemmed. Aged for 16 months in French oak barrels. The wine is not filtered and was bottled in May 2016. To maintain all its qualities, this wine is not stabilized and can naturally form some sediment
