Matures for 14 months in French oak Allier (partly new, partly 1 year old) and 10 months in bottle

The unique old vineyards are planted with bush vines and there are no less than 15 different grape varieties planted together. This makes harvesting anything but easy and ensures that the composition varies slightly each year depending on the ripeness of the different varieties.
