Very good deep colour; big, ripe heady aromas with rich dusty tannins underlying, still wild and headstrong; very rich, sweet and fleshy in Graham style (3.8 baumé), liquorice, mouthfilling ripe tannins, opulent all the way through to the finish, rich yet well-defined

A delicious digestive, but can also be accompanied by rich old cheeses, dark chocolate or chocolate mousse

Serve at cellar temperature at 16 - 18ºC.
Decant before serving. Easy to store in wine cellar until 2020 but already drinkable. Can be kept for up to 2 days after opening.
