Elegant, combining fresh and intense aromas of black fruits with some spicy notes. On the palate black fruits (cherries), supported by very soft mature tannins, with an intense, long finish. 19.730 bottles of 75cl made.

Delicious with creamy and strong cheese, chocolate and game.
Grapes:
Old vines containing a mixture of different grapes varieties (field blend). 20% ages for four years in “toneis” (traditional wooden barrels), 80% ages in stainless steel vats for three years.

Store & Serve
Store horizontally, at a constant temperature away from intense direct light.
Can now be drunk but kept unopened until at least 20 years after harvest . Remains drinkable up to a month after opening, provided you always close the bottle with the original cork stopper and store it at a constant temperature of about 12 degrees. Drinking between 16º C - 18º C.
