Alves de Sousa Berco 2012 Branco
Berço (means "cradle") and is a new white wine made from 40% Arinto and 60% Avesso. That for 15 months in new, slightly toasted French oak barrels has matured. From vineyards in a north-facing vineyard at 600 meters. Has a straw yellow color. Aroma is mineral, with notes of lime and lightly toasted, very subtle and of a great class. Great complexity and great freshness, with olfactory aromas that repeat themselves in the mouth. Deep, elegant and delicate with great aging potential

The ideal wine for salmon, cod, eel or crab, seafood, but also for chicken and sushi
