This white BIO wine is straw yellow in color. Has a fresh scent of citrus and tropical fruit. In the mouth balanced and fresh and has a pleasant aftertaste.
The first Organic wines were produced in 2015. 60 hectares of vineyards are certified for this. "This is the result of an investment of eight years towards a more environmentally friendly way of production," says José Mateus GINO, board member of Fundação Eugénio de Almeida. The initials EA stand for Eugenio de Almeida, the founder of the Cartuxa winery.
