Ciconia is the Latin name for white stork that likes to breed in the region and in this estate. The white stork is considered a symbol of good luck in Portugal

 

Food pairing 

Excellent with seafood, fish and sushi

 

Grapes: Antao Vaz, Verdelho, Viognier

Maceration for about 8 hours. Fermentation with controlled temperature (15-18 ° C) in stainless steel containers for 10 to 15 days
