Grapes: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

Planted in a precise terroir in the Herdade do Freixo, where the fresh wind of the Serra d'Ossa predominates. The grapes are completely disturbed, softly pressed and the must fermented at low temperature in stainless steel tanks.
