Grapes: Viosinho, Gouveio, Rabigato
From vineyards of approximately 25-30 years old, planted on schist soils, the grapes are harvested by hand and transported in small boxes of 25 kg. After destemming and gentle crushing, the grapes were pressed (pneumatic press), the wine was fermented and then destemmed, partly in new French oak barrels, partly in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, both with controlled cloudiness. After fermentation in new French oak barrels of 225 liters, the wine matures in barrels for approximately 6 months. Then the batch is made. The wine was stabilized and filtered.
