The brand "Allez Santé" was launched in 2012. the new label was designed by Dominique Goblet, who lives in Belgium, and Kai Pfeffer, who lives in Berlin. On the label you will find rain, wind and of course Manneken Pis back
Food pairing
Delicious with fish baked in the oven and white meat dishes
Grapes: Rabigato, Códega do Larinho, Gouveio, Dona Branca, Viosinho, Bical and others
The grapes used come from 15-year-old to 55-year-old vines growing at 350 to 500 metres above sea level. The fruit was transported to the Quinta de Nápoles in refrigerated trucks, and then sorted carefully upon arrival at the winery before being pressed in an automatic press. After cold-settling, the musts were racked into stainless steel tanks where they fermented spontaneously at controlled temperatures and then spent a further 6 months maturing on the fine lees without bâtonage.
