Clear lemon-colored white wine. Vanilla notes and a hint of toasty blend perfectly with tropical fruits such as yellow plums, peach and nectarines, and some floral notes such as from chamomile. The taste is soft and full, with a consistent and long finish.
Food pairing
I would serve it with hearty cheeses with plum chutney. The nice acidity also makes it very easy to combine for many fish dishes.

Careful selection of the best grapes, harvested by hand. Fermentation with controlled temperature. Maturation in stainless steel tanks and partly in new French oak barrels.
