We climb the slopes of Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo to the top, where the Tinta Roriz grape variety retains more freshness and straightforwardness. Allowing Tinta Roriz to mature in a very balanced way in terms of color, alcohol and structure, resulting in wines with a delicate texture and excellent acidity.
It is a wine of emotion that stimulates our senses; Delicate citrus aromas combined with white stone fruit support the complex and vibrant aroma, enigmatic; the firmness given to it by its red grape origins is remarkable, with gravity mixed with a compact, fresh and tense body, endless with great precision, as great wines should be. Classicism reconciled with modern oenology. Awesome!
Food Pairing
Excellent with lobster, prawn and salmon.
Grapes: Tinta Roriz 100%
They are the first grapes to be harvested, the pleasure it gives us to receive such beautiful grapes, with the perfect ripening to obtain all the components that make this wine unique and sublime. From this we carefully extract the white must of the red grapes, from Tinta Roriz, in a very soft pressing of the whole berries, fermentation at low temperatures (11-12 ºC), first in stainless steel vats, to preserve the primary aromas and preserve the minerality, ends 4 weeks later in French oak barrels where it matures for 6 months. This stage amplifies tension and adds complexity.

This is a white wine made from red grapes, just using the juice and not the color from the skins. It is a new wine from this quinta, with citrus flavors and acidity filled out with white fruits. Drink from 2025.
