This dry white wine has an aromatic complexity, a very beautiful citrus color and excellent fresh acids, a good and fine structure and a vibrant and savory long finish.  Also on the wine list in the Restaurant Saudade in Versailles.

Grapes: Gouveio, Viosinho, Rabigato & Fernão Pires

6 months in new and used French and Hungarian oak barrels, with "battonage"

Serve at 12° - 14°C. Can be drunk up to 5 years after the harvest year
