An elegant white wine with an impressive aromatic structure. It features an wide and open bouquet highlighting aromas of citrus and pome fruits, such as green apples and pears, a velvety texture, mineral notes, and polished acidity.

Excellent aperitif. Delicious with salads, fish and seafood, pasta and risotto, white meat, pizzas, and a variety of oriental dishes.

Grapes: Rabigato 100%

Grapes without the stems are lightly crushed and softly pressed, after which the lees are left undisturbed for 18 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Batonnage and aging on fine lees. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine matured for a period of 6 months with regular batonnage
