Vitor Claro Foxtrot 2021
Structured black fruit with a savoury, almost cucumber and cress freshness. Truly a wine of the mountains – persistent and powerful with a lightness of touch
Vitor is one of Portugal’s great young Chefs, and he’s been making his way as a Restauranteur both in Portugal and abroad. After getting the wine bug from Dirk Niepoort, he decided to take matter in his own hands (literally) and craft one of Portugal’s craking new explorations of the Alentejo’s Serra de S.Mamede, and in Castelo Rodrigo with his newest Colmeal Wines.
