It is a premium gin with fruity notes with the best spices and regional products of the island of the Azores, subject to 5 individual distillations and has 19 botanicals including juniper, angelica root, cardamom, Galician lemon and pineapple. The resin in the gin is extracted from the extremely ripe pineapple used in its production. Colourless. Juniper aroma and citrus notes. Appearance clean. Dry and fresh flavour.
This gin is very versatile and is designed to work in the new market trend, Cocktails. The Azor premium Gin tonic can be served in a variety of ways, with supplements and spices making it more or less sweet, drier or more citrus.

Ingredients:
50 ml Azor Gin
200 ml tonic water
3 Cardamom pods
Preparation:
Put a lot of ice in a wide glass, add 50 ml Azor Dry Gin and
then 200 ml tonic. Finally, add the cardamom seeds.
