Espumante 3B Rosé is on the pillars of the three Bs: Baga, Bical grapes from the wine region Bairrada. The autochthonous grape varieties are pressed into a powerful dry and deliciously refreshing sparkling wine, which perfectly matches light meat and fish. You can really taste the Portuguese origin, which can be described as hard and wild, but also as fine and superficial. The Bairrada is a moving wine-growing region that now lands as a delightful Espumante in the champagne glass.
Fine and delicate pearls. Aromas of ripe red berries such as strawberry and raspberry, toast, brioche and some mineral notes. Seco, medium body, good acidity and very creamy perlage. Long persistent aftertaste with characteristics of red fruit and minerals.
