The lemons are then soaked in pure alcohol before being made into a beautiful liqueur by adding sugar. The true secret of Pallini limoncello, however, lies in an old family recipe. Pallini limoncello is pure and has a pure taste. The colour is identical to that of freshly squeezed lemon juice, not entirely clear and soft yellow-green. To Pallini limoncello are no flavors and fragrances added. You can smell and taste pure lemons. The aftertaste is fresh and sweet, but not syrupy.
