This gin gets its blue color from the use of the clam flower, a tropical pea variety whose flower is a powerful coloring agent and very rich in antioxidants. Fruity and soft, delicious taste of raspberries, strawberries and a hint of cinnamon. The botanicals that make up this gin are juniper, coriander seed, liquorice, angelica root, lemon peel, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, clitoria ternatea (kittel flower), strawberry and raspberry. Some botanicals are distilled together and the rest separately. The smoothness and juiciness of this gin is best enjoyed cold and without ice, but it is also perfect with ice, in cocktails and long drinks
Food pairing
Cocktail based on a neutral tonic or Fever Tree Mediterranean. The addition of tonic changes the color of this gin to lilac / pink. Finish with raspberries and strawberries.
