Topaz color with golden reflections. Very fresh, with a characteristic bouquet of dried fruit and orange. Full Rich, well balanced and a long finish with notes of oak.
Food-pairing
Excellent as an aperitif but also excellent with creamy starters, fish dishes and Indian cuisine. Can be drunk immediately and can be kept for several months after opening.
Grapes: Tinta Negra Mole
Fermentation of the grapes with skins and natural yeast between 24°C - 26°C in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After about 5 days, enrichment with grape brandy takes place, stopping the fermentation at the desired degree of sweetness.
This wine is then transferred to 'estufa' tanks where the wine undergoes a cyclic heating and cooling process between 45°C and 50°C over a period of 3 months. After 'estufagem', the wine was aged for three years in American oak barrels and then undergoes filtering and clarification before the blend is assembled and bottled.

Store & Serve
Always store a Madeira wine upright.
The acids of Madeira are so strong that they attack the cork when the bottle is stored horizontally
Serving : 14 - 16°C
Madeira is a wine aged for several years in an oxidative environment, before bottling in a reductive environment. It is therefore useful to open the bottles a few hours in advance. The bottles can then be kept almost indefinitely, as the air no longer affects Madeira wines. In fact, the wine tastes better after months – if there is anything left – than when it opened the bottle.
