A madeira with an attractive golden and bright color. Elegant aroma with notes of dry fruits. Long finish, elegant and dry. Notes of cocoa, grape, apple and walnut.
Grapes: Tinta Negra Mole
Mountainous terrain with steep slopes. Volcanic soil, mainly basalt. Câmara de Lobos on the south coast and S. Vicente on the north coast amongst other.
Aged in “estufa” for 3 months at 45ºC and then in oak casks for a minimum of 3 years

Delicious with desserts. Can be served with fruits, especially pineapple, fruit salad, rich cakes, strong cheeses or chocolate. Also good with coffee as a digestive
