In the glass, this white port from Quinta do Noval reveals aromas of physalis, grapefruit, raisins, lemongrass and papaya, complemented by other fruity nuances. The White Port Extra Dry from Quinta do Noval starts out pleasantly aromatic, fruity and balanced on the palate. In the aftertaste, this white wine from the Douro & Porto wine-growing region captivates with its beautiful length. There are hints of pink grapefruit and fruit bread again.

The fermentation method is 50% with maceration and 50% without melicular maceration in closed stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 18ºC to 20ºC. 60% matures in old wooden barrels and 40% in stainless steel tanks for 2 to 3 years
