One of the wine producers in the 1990s who caused a real revolution in the Dão. In 2015, Quinta de Cabriz celebrated his 25th anniversary.

It is the birthplace of the Global Wines / Dão Sul and located between the Serra da Estrela and Caramulo and between Dão and Mondego River

The quinta extends over 94 hectares, where red and white grapes are produced, grapes that form part of a wide portfolio of sparkling wines, aguardentes (brandy) to white, red and rosé wines.

The red wines are derived from the Grapes Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro Preto, Jaen, Tinta Roriz and Rufete, the white wines of: Encruzado, Assario, Bical, Verdelho and Malvasia

Quinta de Cabriz also invests in wine tourism with a fine restaurant, with regional dishes on the map, and a wine shop for the delights along the route. You can also participate to tastings and wine courses
