Grapes: 40% Aragonez, 30% Trincadeira & 30% Alicante Bouschet
After destemming and crushing the grapes, alcoholic fermentation begins, followed by a maceration of 6 to 10 days at a controlled temperature of 25 ° C. After the malolactic fermentation the wine matures 6 to 12 months in stainless steel tanks
