Grapes: 50% Aragonez, 30% Trincadeira, 20% Alfrocheiro
manual harvest in 20 kg boxes, followed by a manual selection of the grapes in the wine cellar. The grapes were gently pressed and after a short period of maceration of the peels the must was cleared, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 15 °C
