This red wine has an intense garnet color. Has a particularly elegant aroma of flowers, ripe red fruit and some subtle spicy and wood (from the barrel) notes. A harmonious, very full and very seductive wine with an intense taste of fruit in the mouth. The tannins are soft and elegant and make the aftertaste delicious.

Vinification
in small stainless steel barrels with 24 hours of cold maceration. Fermentation at controlled temperature for 3 weeks. After malolactic fermentation, the wine remains in French oak barrels for 12 months. After bottling, a rest period of 6 months follows in the cellars of casa de Santar
