A smooth, rich and full bodied wine, with a predominant taste of red and black berries. Balanced by hints of tobacco and vanilla comming from the 12 months of ageing in oak barrels. The acidity is well balanced and the finish is long and very complex.

Grapes: 55% Syrah, 25% Alicante Bouchet, 20% Touriga Nacional

After complete destemming and gentle crushing, it was macerated and fermented, reassembled in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 28ºC for about 12 days. Ages on used French oak barrels for about 12 months
