Together with his daughter, Maria, Alvaro Castro - one of Portugal's most respected wineries - cultivates with great care and respect, beautiful indigenous grape varieties. which makes it possible to make elegant, fine and balanced wines. This delicious red wine is a blend of old vines with an average age of 60 years. Clear ruby-garnet in color. On the nose, fresh cherries, pomegranate, candied violets, rose petals and flint. On the palate, elegant and fresh, with floral and spicy notes wrapped around a core of fresh cherry fruit. Long finish, with delicious acidity and a consistent ray of minerality through the finish.

This wine is macerated for 10 days, cold soak, to maximize aromatic extraction.
Wild yeast fermentation in stainless fermentation vats, then aged for 26 months in 5th and 6th use large format
French oak. Fined and filtered. This is a vegan wine.
