Tiago Cabaço is no longer an emerging value in the Alentejo, but today asserts itself as one of the most solid and striking names of the new generation of Alentejo producers. Born and raised in Estremoz, in the heart of the Alentejo wine region, he became accustomed to living and working in the fields, in his parents' vineyard from an early age, and learned from them the small and great secrets of the vineyard Today, Tiago Cabaço is considered one of the most promising producers in the Alentejo, with a family of seductive and serious wines, modern in style and shape, but deeply Alentejo in character.

Food pairing

The classic combination is of course with lamb. Naturally, this solid wine needs a hearty meal, with some fat, spices and some spice. A bit like the wine itself.

Mushrooms, eggplant, pork, beef, tomatoes, blue cheese, everything is possible. Chorizo, paprika and smoked flavors go the extra mile!
