Deep pink, almost reddish, with a delicate, clear and translucent appearance. In the fragrance it suggests fresh red fruits such as strawberries and cherries in a sour and exotic background. The mouth follows the suggestion of the nose, the sweetness and intensity of the fruit culminates in a long and persistent aftertaste. Undoubtedly a summer rosé from the winery Adega Mayor.
Food pairing
The liveliness of this rosé fits perfectly with exotic Asian dishes. Ideal with a grilled fish dish or a simple and healthy salad
Grapes: 50% Aragonez, 40% Castelão, 10% Touriga Nacional
manual harvest in 20 kg boxes, followed by a manual selection of the grapes in the wine cellar. The grapes were gently pressed and after a short period of maceration of the peels the must was cleared, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 15 °C
