Quinta do Vallado Douro Rosado has a beautiful, heady aroma of wild berries, typical of Touriga Nacionals, followed by more stone fruit flavours. This wine is well balanced, with a smooth texture and long finish of citrus notes.
Food pairing
The wine goes perfectly with fish dishes, white meat and vegetable dishes.
Grapes: 100% Touriga Nacional
Fermented one month at temperatures varying between 14º and 16ºC. The wine aged for 3 months in stainless steel vats.
