Grapes: Arinto, Antão Vaz, Alvarinho, Roupeiro
The grapes are cooled in a refrigerator before they are vinified. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. After 1/3 of the alcoholic fermentation, the wort is transferred to new and used vessels where the fermentation is completed. Ripens 8 months in French and Hungarian oak barrels
