Grapes : 60% Arinto, 40% Chardonnay
The grapes harvested separately are pressed alternately in long and short cycles in the morning. After clarifying the must, the Arinto ferments in stainless steel vats at 17ºC and 50% of the Chardonnay ferments in new American oak barrels and ages on fine lees for 4 months.
After the last batch, the wine is stabilized and filtered before bottling.

Serve at 10-12°C. Drink up to 6 years after harvest year
