This dry white wine has a nice aromatic complexity. The nose immediately indicates a high density and concentration, with a full ripeness of the grapes without losing its freshness and elegance. Lots of pear, white peach, a little fennel, the freshness of white grapefruit, white flowers, some stony, chalky elements reminiscent of Burgundy Chardonnay and anything or any other of a Viognier from the Rhône in density and concentration. The mouth is voluminous and captivating, a very fine trace of acidity and the gripping minerality give the wine its freshness and lightness. On the palate it shows the fine and elegant play of the best Burgundian wines and mouth-filling presence. Lush white peach, intertwined with a little light melon, sweet pear, everything remains rather white fruit, great elegance, great length, very durable and intense. Also on the wine list in the Restaurant Saudade in Versailles.
A curiosity is that the label repeats the name in several languages, demonstrating its universality and the essence of life.
