The Casal Mendes Rosé comes from the well-known Vinho de Mesa wine-growing region and is a mono-varietal wine from the Caves Aliança company, which shows the varietal and regional side. Baga actually produces intense, firm and tannic red wines with a note of cassis, but the grape variety shines in this rosé with its lightness.
