Deep red in colour, almost impenetrable. Fresh aromas of sour cherry, raspberry and redcurrant fruit with touches of rose petal and freshly cut mint. On the palate, it is a serious and complex vintage revealing ripe black fruit, pepper and a floral note which provides character. Great structure, silky tannins and a fresh, velvety finish.

Store & Serve
Store horizontally, at a constant temperature away from intense direct light. Because this wine is still ripening on the bottle, sediment can be formed with time, so that the wine has to be decanted for consumption.
After decanting, the wine will quickly reach its peak and is best consumed during the course of the day.
Drinking between 16º C - 18º C.

The Port comes from a spectacular vineyard in the twisting Torto Valley, off the main Douro River. Its perfumed, floral fruits bring out the richness and the structure of a wine that will certainly need many years. Spice, jammy black fruits and tannins are mingled together in a wine that will be ready to drink from 2028. Roger Voss
