This delicious extra dry white port wine has a light yellow color, is dry and fruity with aromas of flowers, muscat and honey and has a trailing crispy finale.
Food-Pairing
As an aperitif and to enjoy the whole evening. The best choice for the preparation of a Port tonic with a slice of lemon, ice cubes and tonic, called a P & T. Ideally accompanied with snacks and salads.
Grapes: Códega, Malvasia Fina, Rabigato, Viosinho & Moscatel
The fermentation of this Extra Dry White is extended for a while to allow more residual sugar to be converted by the natural yeasts. This gives this port its dry character.
