Grapes: Encruzado, Cerceal Branco & Malvasia-fina
Manual harvest in boxes of 15 Kg. Separate vinification of the Encruzado variety. Manual selection on carpet of your choice. After de-stalking and crushing, the resulting masses were sent to a pneumatic press where the must was separated from the husks, after which the must was static decanted at low temperature for 48 hours. Fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, part of the Encruzado batch is aged for approximately 6 months in new and used French oak barrels.
