This white wine has a straw color and a characteristic natural shine of the region. Very fresh and fruity white wine with white fruit and some floral notes, very tasty and attractive. a beautiful, slightly sweet nose with floral notes and aromas of peaches and melons. Dry in the mouth with a balanced structure and a fruity, spicy aftertaste.

Fits perfectly with white meat, poultry, and of course very suitable for fish dishes and especially with lobster and grilled prawns also delicious as an aperitif and with Asian dishes

Winehouse

This Evel white wine is produced from the Quinta do Casal da Granja and Quinta do Cidrô vineyards, located in the municipalities of Alijó and São João da Pesqueira respectively. These two locations benefit from a cool climate and through the slow ripening of the grapes, an aromatic wine with soft tannins gives.

Evel's name is derived from the anagram "Leve" that light in Portuguese means. This indicates that these wines have a delicate and, now more highly appreciated, light character. This is in contrast to the traditional heavy Portuguese wines. A wine that recommends better restaurants in Portugal and that is also the favorite wine for state banquets.
